One of my favorite ways to spend my spare time is creating unique and cool graphic designs for t-shirts and other products. It’s a fun way to express my creativity and create something people love. Over time, I’ve discovered a couple of platforms that make this process super easy. Two platforms, in particular: Zazzle and Canva.
Zazzle: A Game-Changer for Creators
If you’re into designing products like me, Zazzle is one of the best platforms out there. Zazzle is an online marketplace where people can browse and buy unique products—ranging from t-shirts and mugs to home decor—all designed by creators like you and me.
What I love most about Zazzle is how it lets me focus solely on the creative aspect. Once you upload your design to your store, Zazzle takes care of everything else: manufacturing, shipping, and customer service. You simply upload your designs, set your prices, and sit back while Zazzle handles the rest. It’s really that easy!
As a designer, you earn royalties each time one of your products sells. Zazzle allows you to set your royalty rate anywhere from 5% to 99%. It’s entirely up to you how much you want to earn per product sold, though keep in mind that the price you set for your items will affect how competitive your designs are in the marketplace.
Canva: My Go-To Design Tool
When it comes to creating my designs, Canva is my number one platform. Canva is incredibly user-friendly and offers tons of templates, so it’s perfect for both beginners and experienced designers.
Canva’s drag-and-drop interface means I can start with a template and customize it however I like. I can change colors, fonts, and images, or even create something completely from scratch. It’s a great tool for anyone who wants to design without the steep learning curve of more advanced software.
